Dr. Jeffrey Sheppard graduated from the New York Chiropractic College after an intensive five-year post-graduate curriculum and clinical internship focused on the functioning and treatment of the musculo-skeletal system, anatomy, nutrition, and holistic health.  After graduation, Dr. Sheppard practiced in Long Island, NY.  Having grown up in Saint John, he graduated with high honours from Saint John High School, and achieved his Bachelor of Science Degree in 1993 from Bishop's University in Lennoxville, Quebec.
Dr. Sheppard opened his practice in Saint John in 1997 and now operates two state-of-the-art offices in Rothesay and Saint John. Augmenting the practice's full spectrum of chiropractic care, Sheppard Chiropractic also offers low-intensity laser healing, registered massage therapy, and electro-reflexology along with wellness education and counseling. 

Bio: 

1997 Danielle graduated from the University of New Brunswick, Fredericton where she received a Degree in Physical Education with a major in Sport Science.  After completely her degree she worked as the Kinesiologist/Physiotherapy Assistant at Active Physiotherapy Rehabilitation Clinic located in her hometown Saint John, New Brunswick.  

In 2001 Danielle decided she wanted to compliment her degree with additional education in the alternative health field, specifically in the field of massage therapy, which took her to Halifax in 2001.  

In 2003 she completed a two year Massage Therapy diploma at ICT Northumberland College in Halifax.

Danielle has over 10 years experience working as a registered massage therapist in a variety of therapeutic environments, most recently chiropractic clinics in the Halifax Area.

Since graduation Danielle has been developing her Swedish massage techniques treating many soft tissue conditions such as low back pain, stress, whiplash, insomnia, fibromyalgia, muscle strains, repetitive strain injuries (RSI), muscle spasms, temporomandibular joint dysfunction, athletic injuries, general muscle tension, bursitis, tendonitis, frozen shoulder and arthritis.  Danielle’s treatments are specific to the patient’s condition while affecting the body as a whole. She believes it promotes a general sense of well being, maintaining and restoring the body’s natural rhythm. Danielle has had further training in other areas such as: sports massage, aromatherapy massage, craniosacral therapy, hot stone massage, nutrition, and nursing.
